DESCRIPTION:To raise awareness of Suicide and Substance Abuse Prevention months (September and October)\, join Bismarck State College and the North Dakota National Guard for the 3rd Annual Community Fit Fair! Thursday\, September 8th\, from 4:00pm - 7:00pm at Shiloh Christian School to encourage a culture of total fitness!\n\n\n\nParticipants at last year's event challenged their physical fitness by completing the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) which included three consecutive events: 2 minutes of push-ups\, 2 minutes of sit-ups and a 2-mile run or a 2.5 mile walk.At the Community Fit Fair you will have your very own NDNG Soldier to guide you through the challenges!\n\n\n\nDo you have a wellness focused business or organization that you would like to showcase? The Fit Fair invites businesses and organizations dedicated to the overall wellness of our population to display their products\, resources and skills!
