DESCRIPTION:Join Bismarck State College with support of the North Dakota National Guard for the 2nd Annual Community Fit Fair on Tuesday\, September 22nd from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Shiloh Christian School to encourage a culture of total fitness!\n\n\n\nParticipants at last year's event challenged their physical fitness by completing the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) which included three consecutive events: 2 minutes of push-ups\, 2 minutes of sit-ups and a 2-mile run or a 2.5 mile walk scored by ND National Guard members. This year we've added something new to the mix! Community members will have the option to compete as a 4 person team! Expect to complete all stations of the APFT in approximately 50 minutes.\n\n\n\nDo you have a wellness focused business or organization that you would like to showcase? The Fit Fair invites businesses and organizations dedicated to the overall wellness of our population to display their products\, resources and skills!
