DESCRIPTION:Newly appointed Artistic Director\, Christopher Zinovitch and Executive Director Amber Rae Bernhardt will be announcing the 36th annual season at Dakota Stage with a special invitation only event on April 24\, 2014. The evening will feature refreshments from Peacock Alley and Sam?s Club as well as performances (live and recorded) from the up-coming season. Current subscribers\, donors\, Downtown business owners and performers will be in attendance. To request an invitation call the box office at (701) 258 ? 4998. The 36th Season will include a North Dakota premiere of a Tony Nominated Play\, two Bismarck Premieres\, and a North Dakota premiere of a recent musical that appeared on Broadway. In addition to the announcement of titles\, the subscriptions will be available at a reduced rate for this one night only. Dakota Stage Ltd is a 501(c ) 3 nonprofit community theatre located in the historic Gem Theatre on Main Avenue in downtown Bismarck. The mission of Dakota Stage is enhance the quality of life and establish the area as a creative center by performing high rate theatre productions that enrich\, educate and entertain. We provide a professional environment for participants of all ages and cultures to develop their individual skills and promote live theater as an integral part of the growth and vitality of our region.
