DESCRIPTION:Dakota Stage Ltd. and Shade Tree Players are proud to present Lady Pirates of Captain Bree as the first show of its summer season. Gangway\, Pirates of the Caribbean ? here comes The Lady Pirates of Captain Bree!  When his crew jumps ship upon sighting the pirates in the distance\, Captain Jennings is left with a makeshift crew of motley prisoners and Fergus\, a sailor who can?t swim\, to protect his wealthy passengers\, the Prescots\, from the inevitable attack.  As the lady pirates take over the defenseless Kayla May\, you?re in for swashbuckling musical comedy with a host of hysterical characters on deck and a spectacular Bill Francoeur score. Starring area children from 7-18 years of age\, many appearing on the STP stage for the first time\, this production is certain to be a fun filled\, family event.  Lady Pirates of Captain Bree runs from June 19-22 at Dakota Stage located at 412 E Main Ave.\, Bismarck.  Performances are at 7pm Thursday-Saturday and Sunday at 2pm.
