DESCRIPTION:Looking for something creative and collaborative to do this spring? Eager to participate in an exciting theatrical experience with your friends? Don't miss this year?s spring production with Shade Tree Players! Children ages 7-18 are welcome to be part of this open enrollment\, educational rehearsal process that will culminate in a public performance at Dakota Stage! To creatively celebrate this special season and to encourage theatre students to further grow and develop their craft through theatre education\, Shade Tree Players will be workshopping a spectacular show\, ?Adventures of a Comic Book Artist.? Enrollment is open to as many as 30 interested area students ages 7-18\, with no auditions or experience necessary. This fun\, fanciful\, production will prove to be an exciting educational experience and a challenging creative collaboration for all involved. Rehearsals: Mon. ? Fri. 5-7pm\, Mar. 21 ? Apr. 15 (there will be at least one Friday off) Parent Meeting: Mon. Mar. 21 5pm Work Day: Sun. Apr. 3 12-5pm Performance: Sat. Apr. 16 2pm Strike: Sat. Apr. 16 4pm Participant Requirements: 7-18 years old. No performance conflicts allowed. Rehearsal conflicts must be minimal and stated with program registration for consideration. Roles assigned at first rehearsal. Registration available online only. Presence of entire cast and their parents is requested at both the work day and strike. Registration Fee: $100 ($80 for each additional sibling) Registration Period: Feb. 23 ? Mar. 18. Registration is limited to the first 30 participants.
