DESCRIPTION:The Mandan Municipal Airport and the local EAA Chapter #1008 is hosting Planes & Pancakes\, June 8th. The event will start at 8am with a Runway Dedication ceremony at 11:30am. This year's event will be featuring "Boomer" the WWII P51 Mustang. Also at the event will be airplane rides provided by Mandan Aero Center\, helicopter rides from Double M Helicopters\, flight simulators from Aviation Education and the National Guard helicopters. After breakfast\, everyone is encouraged to head to downtown Mandan for the Buggies-n-Blues feastival.
