Join us for an evening of salsa making and knife safety skills! Youth 8 and up can participate in our Salsa Making Project Day! Each youth will go home with a jar of homemade salsa and learn how to water bath. We will be making salsa at Untied Tribes Technical Center on January 26th from 6-7:30pm. There is a cost of $7 to attend the class for supplies. There is no requirement to be a 4-H member. There is a limit of 12 youth. Registration deadline is January 19th.
