Conceived by a creative team of professional directors and designers\, developed by students discovering voice\, movement and character work through theatrical instruction and brought to life by a true collaboration of creativity and imagination\, Seussical Jr. will thrill audiences will its marvelous music and magical theatrics. Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus\, the Cat in the Hat tells the story of Horton\, an elephant who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called The Whos. Performed by primary and middle school students\, intended for primary-middle school children and their families. Dakota Stage Ltd. will hold its run of Shade Tree Player?s Seussical Jr. at the Frances Leach High Prairie Arts & Science Complex located at 1810 Schafer St. in Bismarck. Performances are at 7pm\, Thursdays through Saturdays\, July 23-25 and August 6-8. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students\, seniors and military and may be purchased at the door on the day of the show. Doors open at 6pm and no advance reservations are available.
