During the week of Nov. 17-21\, seventy women will be wearing one black dress or outfit (the same one every day that week) to illustrate the effects poverty can have on one?s access to resources\, confidence\, and ability to obtain employment\, while raising funds for programs that build self-sufficiency. We will wrap-up the event on Friday\, Nov. 21 with a celebration party from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the ND Heritage Center.
