Where were you on September 11th, 2001? Joe Torrillo was a lieutenant with the New York City Fire Department and was one of the hundreds of firefighters who rushed to the World Trade Center that day. While involved in the rescue operation, Torrillo was buried alive twice and miraculously survived.
