Leadership Bismarck-Mandan Graduation Luncheon
Leadership Bismarck-Mandan, the program credited with producing some of the area's top leaders, is winding down and will commence with a graduation ceremony on May 20, 2015 at the Baymont Inn & Suites (formerly the Seven Seas Hotel & Waterpark.)
