Toddlers and preschoolers are invited to this free interactive learning series where they will design winter clothing to keep them warm as the State Museum prepares to open a new exhibit dedicated to clothing for all seasons. These interactive 30-minute programs introduce children to North Dakota’s fascinating history. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. "Little Kids, Big World" classes are offered in a large public space with social distancing considerations. Each child is provided with their own supplies. Masks are required in the ND Heritage Center & State Museum for all adults and children age five and up. Visitors are asked to follow state and local mandates and the CDC's recommendations on social distancing and personal hygiene. "Little Kids, Big World" is led by Sarah Fox, who has teaching endorsements in STEM 1-8, middle school 5-8, and kindergarten, and has taught for more than 10 years. Children and their parents or guardians are asked to meet at the east entrance information desk.
