Toddlers and preschoolers are invited to this free interactive learning series where they will look at artifacts from the ship named USS North Dakota, which was first launched in 1908. Then they will make a boat and discover what it takes to keep it afloat. These interactive 30-minute programs introduce children to North Dakota’s fascinating history. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children and their parents or guardians are asked to meet at the east entrance information desk. "Little Kids, Big World" is led by Sarah Fox, who has teaching endorsements in STEM 1-8, middle school 5-8, and kindergarten, and has taught for more than 10 years.
