Memorial Day events will be hosted by the Former Governors’ Mansion State Historic Site on Monday, May 29, from 1-3 p.m. This event is free and open to the public. Activities planned include a sing-along and poetry reading, featuring music and poetry from the World War I era. Cookies, tea, and coffee will be served. The Former Governors’ Mansion is located at 320 W. Ave. B in Bismarck and is ADA accessible. Summer hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday, noon-4 p.m. For more information, call 701.328.9528.
