BISMARCK, N.D. - The Former Governors’ Mansion is hosting a Halloween Open House on Saturday, Oct. 29. The event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome, but children under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The mansion will be open from 1 to 3 p.m. for children to enjoy spooky stories and sing Halloween songs in the parlor with Kittyko. Costumes are encouraged but not required. Treats and beverages will be provided.
