Community Engagement Specialist

Job Description
The GOD'S CHILD Project Bismarck Office is currently seeking a dynamic, self-starter for the position of Community Engagement Specialist.  Working in sync with the Assistant Director and Executive Director, the CES will embrace the following challenges:

 Identify existing and potential donor groups; create and route maps to encourage, sustain, and develop them.
Identify and Engage existing and potential schools of all levels, churches of all denominations, community groups (i.e. Rotary, Kiwanis, AARP, juvies)
Identify and Engage existing and potential media outlets, and develop relevant, coordinated message streams
- Identify and Engage existing and potential community, state, private, and business grant (i.e. Bremer, Walmart, our clothing room and Indian Res Distribution efforts), and award opportunities for which we may qualify
- Identify and Engage existing and potential community coalition that a GCP volunteer can participate on in GCP's name

A qualified candidate will be well networked, a team-player, and have experience in the world of non-profit fundraising.
