At this event\, the Bismarck and Mandan mayors will speak about the challenges and successes our community has faced throughout the past year and what we can look forward to in Bismarck-Mandan in the upcoming year. There will also be a keynote address from national economist Michael H. Shuman to provide valuable perspective on our future economic outlook at a national level. \; \;
