DESCRIPTION:The House Ways and Means and Senate Finance Committees have been instructed to develop legislation that increases spending on families and renewable energy and offset the cost of those changes through tax increases. What increases will be considered and how much additional tax they will raise is scheduled to be determined during September\, with a stated goal of finalizing legislation by the end of the month. Eide Bailly's tax legislation team\, along with National Tax office specialists\, will explore the progress of this legislation in a series of webinars on September 17 and September 24 (registration is needed for both webinars).
