DESCRIPTION:Every Monday in June the West River Winds Concert Band will present a concert in Dykshoorn Park in Mandan. Everyone is welcome to attend. There is limited seating available\, so bring a lawn chair and enjoy music celebrating the Olympics\, rousing marches and patriotic music and more! In the case of inclement weather\, concerts will be moved to Mandan High School.
