DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, August 24th\, 2019 9:00 AM Missouri Valley Family YMCA Race Information Age Groups: 6-9 Year Olds (parents can participate with their child) 10-13 Year Olds 14-16 Year Olds Distances: 50 Yard Swim (down and back in Rouzie Pool) 2 Mile Bike Ride (along Tom O'Leary Trail) 1/2 Mile Run (along Tom O'Leary Trail) Registration: $10 Per Participant Register On-Line or at the YMCA This is a non-competitive event. One parent must remain on site during the event. Helmets are required for bike ride. *SCHEELS Bike Mechanics will be on hand to work on and inspect bikes. Triathlon Basics Mini-Camps Learn the basics of participating in a Triathlon. Certified USAT Coach and 6x Ironman Finisher\, Arnie Strebe\, will provide free workshops for participants. Each workshop will provide the same information. Pre-registration is required. Mini Camps will be held from 6:30 - 7:30 PM Thu - June 13th Thu - June 27th Wed - July 17th Wed - August 14th Brought to you by Starion Bank\, Scheels & your YMCA.
