Job Description
Shift 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Monday-Friday  (Saturday and Sunday off)
This position is responsible for supervising and participating in the custodial maintenance of the municipal airport.
  • Trains, assigns, directs, schedules, and supervises personnel.
  • Participates in the cleaning of the terminal building.
  • Participates in snow removal operations as needed.
  • Maintains custodial supply inventory; reorders as needed.
  • Operates a variety of cleaning equipment.
  • Sets up conference rooms for meetings.
  • Repairs and maintains janitorial equipment.
  • Assists with minor building maintenance.
  • Performs related duties.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with the completion of high school or equivalent. Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the work of subordinate positions to be able to answer questions and resolve problems, usually associated with one to three years’ experience or service.
Special Requirements
Possession of or the ability to readily obtain a valid Class D driver’s license issued by the State of North Dakota for the type of vehicle or equipment operated. Must meet and maintain qualifications pursuant to 49 CFR Part 1542 (Unescorted Access Authority).
