Job Description
Join the fastest growing commercial real estate team in Bismarck/Mandan! The CRA Group is actively looking for a motivated Senior Client Services Coordinator. Ideal candidates are extremely detailed and process-driven. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to perform assignments with a high degree of accuracy and with extraordinary attention to details and critical schedules. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment. Additionally, the candidate must be highly motivated and able to work independently. This individual must be highly trustworthy as they will have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers and finances.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist agents with property research and database maintenance
  • Prepare marketing packages, proposals & presentations
  • Taking property photos & site due diligence
  • Creating spreadsheets
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings/communication with external contacts such as clients, vendors, brokers, staff from other real estate brokerages or law firms
  • Training on internal systems & technology
  • General team support
  • Publishing team listings on 3rd party websites and responding to online inquiries.
  • Manage projects & tasks to completion
  • Create Microsoft Office Suite documents
  • Compose/type general & confidential correspondence
  • Miscellaneous duties as directed
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Manage and update company contact database
  • Ability to follow direction and work efficiently

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience
  • Ability to work an established schedule, Monday thru Friday, approx. 35-40 hours / week

BONUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
 
  • Real estate license in the state of North Dakota – not initially required
  • Commercial real estate experience
  • Knowledge of Instagram & Facebook marketing
  • Knowledge of graphics software programs
 
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
 
  • You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks to see them through to completion.
  • You bring experience in creating / formatting proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFP’s using MS Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint.
  • You are confident in your ability to create/prepare content for proposals through conducting research, preparing surveys, comparative analysis, etc.
  • You assist in review of transaction documents/paperwork/forms for completeness, accuracy and adherence to local laws and company standards.
  • You will administer, coordinate, update and edit marketing collateral to support internal/external clients.
  • You will provide general office support through file management, organizing distribution or marketing efforts, general office maintenance, invoicing, etc.
  • You assist in maintaining and auditing active deal files – contracts, amendments, due diligence, disclosures, reports, etc. to ensure accuracy of all information and deliver in a timely manner. You keep appropriate team members informed on the progress of the deal and deal files.
