Maddi joined the Aspen Group team in October 2022, bringing over six years of experience in marketing and graphic design. As Marketing Specialist, she plays a key role in managing daily marketing operations, ensuring listings are up-to-date, and helping the team stay ahead of the curve with creative solutions.

A Bismarck native, Maddi is deeply connected to her community. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors, the North Dakota Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Maddi’s passion for real estate led her to earn her Real Estate License through the University of North Dakota in 2024 and expanded her role further in 2025 when she began working as a Commercial Realtor®.

Michael joined the Aspen Group team in January 2010 and obtained his Broker license in 2021. While at Aspen, Michael’s focus has been on all facets of sales and leasing of commercial property throughout Bismarck-Mandan and Central and Western North Dakota. He is able to use his extensive knowledge of the local markets and negotiation skills, while providing the highest level of honesty and integrity, to achieve a successful transaction for his clients and their families. Michael is currently working towards his CCIM accreditation.

Michael, born and raised in Bismarck, ND, graduated from Bismarck High School. After graduation, Michael enrolled at Bismarck State College where he received an Associate in Applied Science degree. After graduating from Bismarck State College, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Business Economics from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks.

Steve’s experience spans 30 years as an entrepreneur who has successfully worked in the Bismarck/Mandan area, North Dakota and the surrounding states of South Dakota, Montana and Minnesota. Steve’s career is highlighted by his client relationship skills and his ability to sell multiple businesses and real estate.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Dickinson State University. He is a licensed REALTOR® in the state of North Dakota and is a member of the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the International Business Brokerage Association. Steve has completed all the necessary courses for The Certified Business Intermediary CBI designation. Steve is also a graduate of Business Brokerage School of Greensboro, NC.

Charles joined the Aspen Group in 2023 as a Commercial REALTOR®, providing excellent services in commercial real estate to the State of North Dakota. Growing up around the business, Charles has gained knowledge over the years from his father, Mathew Reichert, and the Aspen partners about the commercial real estate industry. Following in his father’s footsteps, Charles uses his negotiation skills and knowledge about the regional markets to meet his client’s needs and achieve successful transactions.

Charles, a native of Bismarck, is a graduate of St. Mary’s Central High School. He received his BA in Philosophy in 2023. Following his bachelor’s, he received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused with a Master of Arts (MA) in Philosophy in 2024 from the University of Mary.

Liz joined the Aspen Group in March 2017 as our Office Manager, bringing with her nearly 10 years of experience in office administration. In April 2018, Liz earned her real estate license to better assist the agents and support the office’s growth. Her role expanded further in 2025 when she began working as a Commercial Realtor®.

Liz ensures the smooth operation of daily activities, contributing to an organized and productive work environment. She handles a variety of financial duties, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, while also serving as the HR department. Additionally, Liz provides ongoing support to agents, addressing their needs and ensuring they have the resources necessary to succeed.
