We all know that Workforce Development is top of mind for a lot of our local businesses, requiring many of you to find new ways to seek out the talent and skills you need.  Golden Path Solutions is a new system being used by schools across North Dakota where you as an employer can more easily connect with our high school students, helping them learn more about your companies, your careers, and give you the ability to provide real-world work experiences that could lead to a long-term relationship for your future workforce!

You’ll learn how to create a free account, share your contact information with schools, create opportunities for students they can take advantage of today, as well as develop your future workforce.  We’ll talk about work-based learning, an initiative intended to give students real-world experiences that will help them make better career decisions and gain credit towards graduation, all while you’re getting access to skills and talent that you need both today and in the future.  We believe employers should be connecting with the workforce of tomorrow as one of their talent strategies, and we’re excited to share more information about this initiative with all of you!
