Central Dakota Children’s Choir Celebrates their 20th Season with “CDCC Limited Edition Concert Series” Central Dakota Children’s Choir (CDCC) presents their annual “CDCC Limited Edition Concert Series” on Friday, March 2 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, March 3 at 3:00 p.m. at Legacy High School Auditorium, 3400 E. Calgary Avenue, Bismarck. Admission is $8 for adults, $5 for senior citizens and students, and free for children age 5 and younger. Tickets are available at the CDCC choir office at 1810 Schafer Street and at the door the day of the event. For more information, please call the CDCC office at 258-6516. Friday night’s concert will feature Jubilate (3rd - 4th grade choir), Kantorei (7th – 9th grade choir), and Angelica (high school women’s choir). Saturday’s concert will showcase Bel Canto (5th – 6th grade choir) and Cantus (high school mixed choir). Each of the choirs will have the opportunity to perform a broad selection of music from their repertoire. Formed in 1998, CDCC has grown from one choir of 65 students to six choirs and a pre-choir with 350 children in grades 2 - 12 from 47 public, private, and homeschools from the central North Dakota. To date, the choirs have performed for more than 130,000 people in the tri-state area and have been invited to perform at many local, state, and regional events. The choirs are directed by Teri Fay, Dawn Hagerott, Jim McMahon, and Michael Seil.
