Description

The Strategic Business Solutions (SBS) Outsourced Controller performs complex outsourced services for clients. They serve as the outsourced controller and works as part of a team to provide a valuable client experience. This person will mentor and train employees in the SBS area, as well as assume responsibility for the client relationship and billings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business required, a Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required including experience managing staff
  • Licensed CPA or CMA license required
  • Understanding of GAAP guidelines
  • Strong technology skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
  • Team player
  • Ability to think innovatively
