- $17–$21/hr Starting Pay
- Weekly pay – Every Friday
- On-demand Pay (Access earnings before payday)
- $50/month cell phone stipend (FT & PT)

?? Choose Your Shifts
• Full-Time: 36–40 hrs
• Part-Time: 20+ hrs
• PRN: 32+ hrs/month
• Mix & Match: 4-12 hour day shifts or 8pm-8am (Overnight)
Every Weekend Option (Friday - Sunday) 8am-8pm shifts include a $5 per hour differential bonus*
Status & hours available are based on client needs, more information will be provided upon interview.
?? Your Role as a CNA
You’ll help clients live safely and independently in their homes by:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility)
- Providing medication reminders and companionship
- Preparing meals and light housekeeping
- Running errands or helping clients attend appointments
- Supporting physical therapy exercises
- Acting quickly and responsibly in emergencies
?? What You Need
- Current CNA license in ND
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and a team player
- High school diploma or equivalent
