Adam Geiger, a Bismarck native, is passionate about helping clients succeed in commercial real estate. He earned his real estate license in 2019 and joined Rise Property Brokers full-time in 2020 after graduating with a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. In 2023, he earned the prestigious CCIM designation, further strengthening his expertise in commercial real estate valuation.

As a full-time commercial broker, Adam has extensive experience in leasing, sales, land deals, and RE development. His knowledge and dedication make him a trusted partner for clients navigating the complexities of commercial real estate.

When he’s not working, Adam can usually be found out on the river with family and friends, hitting the golf course, or enjoying dinner and drinks with his wife, Katherine. Adam also spends his free time watching sports, especially football, where he proudly cheers on the New England Patriots.

A Bismarck native and Bismarck High School graduate, Tyrus is an ambitious new addition to the Rise Property Brokers team. Currently finishing his Finance degree at Grand Canyon University, Tyrus will make commercial real estate his full-time career following graduation.

Entrepreneurial from a young age, Tyrus launched and managed his own business, The Boat Butler, at just 15 years old. He also brings leadership and communication experience from coaching youth and high school golf—something he remains passionate about.

When he’s not working or studying, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, enjoying a bit of friendly competition and fresh air. With a strong work ethic, local roots, and a growing knowledge of finance and real estate, Tyrus is focused on building lasting relationships and delivering value for clients across North Dakota.

Fred brings more than 30 years of experience in sales and business management to his role. Since 1990, he has built a reputation for excellence in high-value transactions, guiding clients through complex deals with precision, transparency, and confidence. Fred offers a unique advantage to his clients by specializing in both property and complete business transactions.

As president and owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Bismarck, Fred has access to advanced tools and technology that streamline the buying and selling process for business owners and investors alike. His dual expertise allows him to help clients not only sell or acquire property but also maximize the full value of their businesses, minimizing costly mistakes and ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Jon Lee brings a deep-rooted passion for the Bismarck/Mandan community to his work in commercial real estate. Raised locally, he cares deeply about the region and remains committed to helping it grow and thrive. Jon graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Mass Communications, where he also served as a captain on the Track & Field team, an early indication of the discipline and leadership that would define his career.

For more than 35 years, Jon built a diverse professional path in franchising, management, and small-business ownership. After founding and later selling Bread Poets, he transitioned into commercial real estate with a clear purpose: to stay connected to small businesses, support his community, and help individuals achieve their real estate goals. He is especially passionate about assisting small-business owners, bringing integrity, creativity, and grit to every challenge.

With a strong foundation in commercial real estate marketing, Maleah brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and service to her role as a licensed agent at Rise Property Brokers. Since 2023, she has served as the firm’s marketing specialist, helping shape the brand and market properties with precision and insight.

Maleah’s background spans over a decade in graphic design, along with extensive experience in sales, technology, and more than 20 years in various forms of customer service. This diverse skill set gives her a sharp eye for detail, a client-first mindset, and a results-driven approach. As a licensed agent, she is committed to helping clients navigate their real estate goals with clarity and confidence. Above all, Maleah believes that people, relationships, and integrity are at the heart of every successful transaction and she strives to ensure each client feels valued and supported every step of the way.

Since 2005, George Yineman has built a career in commercial real estate rooted in experience, expertise, and results. With a broad background in sales, management, and business ownership, he brings a well-rounded perspective to every deal. Recognized as a skilled negotiator, George specializes in commercial acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, and business and multi-family transactions, always focused on helping clients achieve their goals.

When he’s not closing deals, George can usually be found traveling with his wife, Regina, or relaxing at the lake. Whether it’s exploring new destinations or enjoying a quiet sunset on the water, he believes life’s best investments are the ones that create lasting memories.
