Join us for this presentation by Mark Spence detailing the history of Fort Union as well as the cultural history of the Upper Missouri River fur trade and the northern plains borderlands. Spence is a historian working with the National Park Service to document the history of the Fort Union Trading Post. This program is part of the State Historical Society of North Dakota's Sensational Sundays series. Sensational Sundays are free cultural programs that include a variety of lectures, concerts, movies, and tours.
