West River Winds Concert in the Park
Join us for concert band favorites, and patriotic toe tappers, under the beautiful North Dakota skies. Bring your lawn chair or blanket, and all your family and friends! Free and open to the public. In the event of bad weather, the concert will be held at the Mandan High School Auditorium.
