AUTHENTIC 7-week In-Person Leadership Program

Join Certified Coach and RAYMA Team Co-Founder, Mandy B. Anderson, at the RAYMA Team Headquarters in Bismarck, ND for a seven week, in-person leadership program designed to help you step into the shoes of an authentic leader. Class is held for 7 weeks on Tuesdays from 8:30am - 9:30am starting October 17th - and ending November 28th, 2023. According to dictionary.com, one of the meanings of the word authentic is “not false or copied; genuine; real.” Other synonyms for someone who embodies authenticity include precise, credible, dependable, and trustworthy. Unveiling your truest self requires both time and vulnerability. Exceptional leaders invest their time in cultivating authenticity. They undertake tasks that others shy away from. Once you grasp the art of leading with authenticity, your potential as a leader within your sphere of influence will soar. You cannot lead others if you don’t know how to lead yourself first. Within this comprehensive seven-week program, you will uncover the seven fundamental principles of leadership that will empower you to confidently step into the shoes of an authentic leader.
