Are you a woman in the Bismarck-Mandan business world looking to expand their professional network? Well, this class is made for you! Not only will you meet other women in the area, but you will also learn from relevant topics that women face every day.
Mission: To bring women together to learn, discuss and hit on hard truths of what it means to be a woman in business. This class explores what it means to be a leader in the business world.
Goals:
- Address unique challenges that women face every day in business
- Learn to how to challenge professional norms and make careers work around your professional and personal goals
- Network with other professional women in the Bismarck-Mandan area
- Build confidence in your skill set

Guideline for participants:
- Organization in which participant is employed must be a Chamber EDC Member
- If participant changes jobs during program the new employer must be a Chamber EDC member
- $250 participant fee: includes all meals
- One excused absence within the 6-month program-no refunds given
