Business Development Series: Internal Communications
Join us for our next virtual Business Development Series on Internal Communications, presented by Brianna Ludwig from IABC and the ND State Auditor’s office!
When an organization communicates well with its employees—and employees communicate well with leadership and each other— it has a enormous impact. People understand the organization’s mission and their contribution to it, they come to work ready to do their best, they stay with the organization longer and want to develop and progress and they go the extra mile for the organization and the clients they serve. Join Brianna Ludwig to hear about 13 ways you can improve internal communications in your organization so you can start seeing the benefits of communicating well.
As the Deputy State Auditor at the North Dakota State Auditor's Office, one of Brianna’s main roles is overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Auditor's Office. She manages internal communications and has a passion for aligning culture with their strategic plan, focusing on their values and building employee engagement. She graduated in 2009 from the University of Mary with degrees in Business Administration and Communications. Learn from Brianna as she shares her best practices for Internal Communications, tools for responsible & professional information flow, and how to effectively collaborate & communicate with the employees in your office/organization.
