Next to Normal

Dakota Stage Ltd. is proud to present, NEXT TO NORMAL, a marvelous award winning dramatic musical, as the next show of its stunning 37th season ? a lively showcase that?s looking back and leaping forward. Starring a strong and skilled cast of powerful performers and directed by DSL veteran Rusty Bender, NEXT TO NORMAL will offer audiences much food for thought and many topics of conversation. Dad's an architect; Mom rushes to pack lunches and pour cereal; their daughter and son are bright, wise-cracking teens, appearing to be a typical American family. And yet their lives are anything but normal, because the mother has been battling manic depression for 16 years. NEXT TO NORMAL takes audiences into the minds and hearts of each character, presenting their family's story with love, sympathy and heart. Dakota Stage Ltd. will hold its run of NEXT TO NORMAL at 412 E Main Ave. in Bismarck. Performances are at 7:30pm on Thursdays through Saturdays and at 2pm on the first Sunday from March 17th-26th.
