About the Position:
I am currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to assist me with various tasks and responsibilities across my three businesses located in the Bismarck/Mandan plus area. As an outgoing, creative, and high-energy individual, I strive for efficiency and possess a visionary outlook on life.

Responsibilities:
Cleaning Assistant at my cleaning business:

Provide cleaning for my cleaning clients.
-
Laundry assistance.
-
Possible care for my animals as assigned.
-
Possible grocery shopping, including unloading and organizing as assigned.
-
Organize items as assigned.
-
Other duties as assigned.
-

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings (may be some afternoons/evenings and some Saturday/Sunday’s required).
Public Relations:
-

Assist at vendor shows/expos. (Required)
-
Distribute promotional materials throughout the Bismarck/Mandan area and local businesses.

Drafting other communication materials:
-
Creating brochures, newsletters, website content, and other materials to inform and engage the public.

Maintaining my 3 businesses websites, social media pages and other duties as assigned.

Outreach Activities:
-
-
Conduct cold calls.
-
Develop, schedule, and follow up on email campaigns.

Maintain professional relationships with local businesses for marketing and referral opportunities.

Other duties as assigned.
Skill Requirements:

Enjoyment of interacting with people.

Self driven (does not need to be managed)

Self motivated

Willing to learn and grow
Additional Requirements:

Successful completion of a background check and drug test.
