Digital Marketing Coordinator

Position / Parameters
The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in how the Chamber EDC shows up online and in the community. This position focuses on sharing our mission, strengthening member visibility, and showcasing regional growth through strategic use of digital platforms, social media, websites, and event coverage. In addition to managing daily engagement, this role oversees website maintenance, monitors analytics across digital channels, and supports data-driven strategy in collaboration with the Director of Public Relations and the broader communications and marketing team.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact)
  • Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights) to drive strategy
  • Basic photo/video editing skills
  • Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Position Responsibilities
  • Manage and schedule all social media content across platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with Chamber messaging and branding.
  • Maintain and update all Chamber EDC websites to ensure content accuracy, visual consistency, and ease of navigation.
  • Monitor and analyze website, social media, and digital campaign analytics to assess performance and inform strategic improvements.
  • Create and post real-time and follow-up content for events such as ribbon cuttings, member celebrations, and Chamber EDC programs—including photos, short videos, and stories.
  • Collaborate on and execute social media campaigns that promote upcoming events, highlight member milestones, and recap successful programs.
  • Help assemble and send email communications and marketing materials to members and partners as businesses and people looking to move to the area.
  • Capture and organize photography from events and ribbon cuttings for use in marketing materials, social media, and internal records.
  • Coordinate closely with the Director of Public Relations and the communications and marketing team to ensure brand alignment and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Provide event-day support to the Chamber EDC team and carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools

- Work experience in a related field will also be considered.


Salary
- $48,000-53,000
